Is my passport legally compliant when I use DPP Creator?

DPP Creator maps the information requirements for each product group, checks completeness and publishes in line with the standards (GS1 Digital Link, signed versions, machine-readable JSON). As the manufacturer you remain responsible for the accuracy of the data. Where the EU is still defining the requirements, we mark the profile as “preparatory” and update it.

What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?

Nothing. Published passports stay available, even if you fall back to the free plan. Only new publications above the limit of 10 passports are blocked. You can export all your data at any time.

Do my suppliers need an account?

No. Your supplier receives a personal link, sees only your request and enters the values directly. You transfer them into the passport with one click.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union. You will find the data processing agreement (DPA) on the website and accept it when you register.

Can I connect DPP Creator to my ERP?

Not directly at the moment. You can import passports from Excel or CSV – for most ERP systems that is the fastest way. DPP Creator is deliberately not built for deep integrations with individual contracts.

Is there onboarding, training or phone support?

No – DPP Creator is deliberately built for self-service. Every field explains itself, the help center answers the most common questions and an assistant helps right in the editor. For technical problems we reply by e-mail within two working days.
