Who sees which information – and how you control it per field.
Next to every field there is a small switch for visibility. The default suits most cases.
- Public: Everyone who scans the QR code sees the information.
- Legitimate interest: Only those who have an access link from you – e.g. a specialist workshop or a recycler. Every access is logged (Pro plan).
- Internal: Never published. Good for notes, purchasing data or supplier names that you do not want to disclose.
